Envision Physican Services scam????

Hello recently I just noticed that i got a bill from Envision Physician services. The bill said I have to pay $105. as of today (5/23/2023) I haven't been to the hospital since last year November. I went to the link that was provided on the bill to pay at billpay.envisionhealth.com and logged in using the information on my bill when I was in the account the amount said "$0 DUE" I go to the statement history and it said that it sent a few bills in the past months. I called their rep and they said apparently mine went to a collection agency which i was not aware of at all. The lady on the phone said it was Credence Resources Management and gave me their number which i called. but when i called i heard this one Indian guy on the line with a really loud background full of people talking. I've heard my fair share of phone scams before and can identify easy signs on a phone call. anyways the guy on the phone told me to go to their website www.credencerm.com which i went to pay the bill but there is no way for me to check the statements to really see if i have to pay. the guy on the phone said click on the "pay now" link which i did and it kinda looks sketch but i dont wanna judge them based off of that looking site. My insureance Aetna says that physician bills are entirely separate to a hospital bill. And doing some online searching I keep finding people saying Credence Resource Management "scam" and some say its "legit" The indian guy on the phone says i need to fill out the information on the form and give him the reference number at the end Im so damn confused on what to do. it sounds sketchy but the envision health lady that i spoke to on the phone said that they are collection agency. but if it was a collection agency wouldnt they have a system that allowed the customer to see what is their current balance. The bill that I have says it may affect my credit rating. I dont know what to do, what do you guys suggest. the insurance and Envision health reps says they are collection agency but contacting them didnt seem that they might me a real collection agency. so I have no clue what to do. What do yall suggest i do. I contacted my insurance and they with me contacted an envision rep and they said the same thing to contact credence resource management. Please help any advice needed.
