Dual Insurance with HSA Plan Deductibles

I currently have a really good medicare advantage (Part c) plan.

I am thinking of getting HDHP (high deductible) secondary insurance because I am interested in the HSA account and because my spouse does not currently have insurance, so I need to get some sort of insurance anyway.

Medicare will be primary. $0 deductible. $0 copay for pcp, 30 for specialist. HDHP will be secondary. $3200 deductible

I'm want to know how much money out of what is originally billed will be counted toward my secondary (HDHP) deductible?

For example: Bill is $400 for specialist. Primary's (Medicare) Approved plan amount = $150 I am billed $30 copay total.

So when the bill goes over to the secondary insurance (the HDHP w $3200 deductible), is the amount that I have to pay ($30) going to count toward the 3200 deductible or would it be the total secondary approved plan amount that would count toward the deductible?

And if I go to a pcp that has an approved plan amount of 100, my copay is $0. Does this mean that $0 would be applied toward my secondary high deductible? or would the approved amount ($100) be counted toward 3200 HDHP deductible.
