drug screen required to refill meds, i’m getting balance billed for the excess

I have a prescription that requires I drug test every year or so. I received a bill for the amount that my insurance didn't cover. ($37.74)

(Total billed was 182, insurance covered 144.26)

I do not agree with the drug testing policy but obviously it's out of my control.

I certainly do not agree with having to pay out of pocket for this test that I don't think should be administered in the first place.

I don't want to spend a bunch of time fighting this, but it seems like they're overcharging for the service and getting away with balance billing customers like me. I'm in a fortunate situation that I can afford this, but on principle I am hesitant to pay the balance. I spoke with them (CPL) once to see if they would adjust the price of the service (since let's be real, it doesn't really cost $182 to test urine) and they said they would look into it but they never reached back out, and I continue to get billed.

Should I pay it and be done with it, or contact someone affiliated with 'No Surprises Act'?
