Does this look like a good plan?

26F, single and no kids, self-employed so it’s time to buy insurance. I had hernia surgery last year and I have a few doctor’s visits coming up for different things. Bronze plans are about $399 a month but I found a platinum one on healthcare.gov for $700 monthly that I’m really leaning towards. It’s $300 more a month but I think it might make the most sense overall since I plan to use it a lot this year. I also think it would give me peace of mind in case I ever have another surgery or need to go to the ER for anything. I have a history of not receiving medical attention when I probably should have and I don’t want that to be a worry anymore.

Is Florida Blue a good company to work with? All of my doctors take this plan and it seems to be popular.

Some details: -Florida Blue (BlueCross BlueShield Florida) BlueSelect Platinum -$708 monthly premium -$0 deductible -$3,000 out-of-pocket maximum -$500 out of network deductible -$10 primary care visits -$20 specialist visits -$30 X-rays and diagnostic imaging -$30 laboratory outpatient and professional services -$150 outpatient facility -$150 outpatient professional services -no referral needed to see specialist -$100 emergency room care -$150 inpatient doctor and surgical services -$350 copay per stay for inpatient hospital services (like a hospital stay) -$660 typical cost for a healthy pregnancy and normal delivery -$600 typical cost for treatment of a simple fracture -eye exams and dental not covered

Side question, is dental insurance worth it, and if so what would be a good company? I’ve seen mixed reviews on Delta which is what I was looking at.
