Does anyone else have Humana Medicare’s Healthy Benefits plan?

I am trying to help my bestie resolve an issue with her Humana Healthy Benefits account. Customer service at both Humana and Healthy Benefits have been zero help and she has called multiple times a week for almost 2 months now. She asks for a supervisor or to speak to someone else at Healthy Benefits who can help and gets told there is nobody else above them or in a different department for her to talk to, which I think is a lie. Humana says she has to talk to Healthy Benefits.

Her card won't work at any of the approved stores/locations that she has been using without any issues and she can't pay her electric or phone bill but her internet bill goes through just fine and is the only thing that does go through.

I thought I would take a chance and see if someone else has dealt with a similar issue and was able to finally figure out who to call to get it resolved. The plan doesn't allow the unused amounts to rollover to the next month so she will lose $500 if we can't resolve this before the end of the month. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
