Do the Anthem Adult Medical+Dental+Vision ‘bundled’ plans on the Marketplace mean I dont’ need additional coverage?

Probably a dumb question but I really want to check before I enroll: I found a plan through the Kentucky Kynect Marketplace from Anthem that is called:

Anthem Silver Pathway X Transition HMO 4500 S04 Adult Dental & Vision ($0 Virtual PCP + $0 Select Rx)

But seeing as how the Marketplace is set up, I'm a bit confused. Does this plan cover adult dental and vision services like it says? Or do I need to still get a separate dental and vision plan? When you say that you want medical and dental on the Marketplace, it lets you choose medical first (ie where the above plan was listed) and then it takes you to dental plans to choose from. But, is dental not already covered on the above plan? I've tried contacting Anthem and keep getting transferred and told to call other people but they never have an answer either! I've looked through the documents I currently have access to (not a member yet so I can't access all of them) and they are really vague. I just need to know if I get actual vision and dental benefits bundled with this medical plan (which, going by the wording, one would think so) or do I need to purchase independent plans for those?
