Do I qualify for any type of Medi-Cal? What else should I look into?

I was wondering if I qualify for any type of Medi-Cal at this point. I’ve looked online, and all the info is very confusing. Here’s my information:

-I receive SSDI and currently have Medicare Pt A.

-I have a rental property (small house) and rental income. Is rental income counted as unearned income for Medi-Cal? Is rental property counted?

-I have very small amounts from online “gig” work, e.g. surveys and user tests. I’m not sure if that counts as earned income, maybe for Working Disabled. I know that even $10-20/month can count towards Working Disabled.

-I have several bank/financial accounts, including 401k, etc., and some of them earn some interest. The Medi-Cal asset limit will increase to $130k for an individual starting July 1, 2022, and will be eliminated in 2024.

If my income and assets are higher, can I get Medi-Cal through Share of Cost or Working Disabled?

If I don’t qualify for any type of Medi-Cal, can I get health insurance elsewhere, like though a Medicare program? I know I can’t go through Covered California because I have premium-free Medicare Pt A.
