Disowned by dad, can he kick me off insurance whenever or only at the end of the plan/calendar year? Aetna CC 90

So I (20F) was basically disowned in December and have not spoken to my abusive dad or his relatives since; they refuse to speak to me. He has Aetna's Customer Choice 90 Plan through his employer & I have copies of the card/info. I was able to use his insurance to pay for an optometrist visit in January as well as vaccinations this past June.

I have to get my ear checked out. I'm just paranoid about showing up, finding out he decided to kick me off in the past month, and getting stuck with a bunch of bills on my own.

I know certain plans operate on a calendar year and others don't; what I'm wondering is if he has me on his plan atm, can he just kick me off whenever he wants, or do those changes have to be made at a specific time in the year? Sorry if this is a stupid question lol I don't know much about insurance, I'm just stressing out!

Also just to clarify: he has Aetna Customer Choice 90 thru SAP and I found a copy of the benefits online. It says most services are "90% after deductible." Guessing he's already paid the deductible (he has a lot of health issues) so does that mean I pay 90% or Aetna pays 90%?
