Despite meeting In and Out Of Pocket Deductible, I still owe a huge chunk to the Hospital

Hello everybody, I'm a young adult (21) uneducated in the Medical Insurance world. So this year I met my In Network deductible with Medical insurance Atena which was $5,000 and met out my pocket max which was $6,000.

As I'm reading thru Atena's Medical plan summary, I see a tab called "Physician / Surgeon Fee " saying

"Full Coverage your plan will pay the full amount for this service after you meet your out of pocket max"

Well today, I received a bill from the Hospital (Memorial Herman) I got surgery from ( I got Maxillofacial surgery for a Fibrous Dysplasia ) stating I owe $13,932.87 out of $128,078.76 which is a huge chunk they covered but I find it so much to pay still. So moving forward, I'll need to keep going to the doctor since this FD is now traveling towards my brain. I'm not sure how will this affect me in going if I do get another surgery which may potentially happen last time I spoke to my doctor, but I'm really concerned about the Hospital bill if I it does happen.

I've been searching stuff up on what I can do to lower or fully waive this bill but I wanted to see if any one has gone through something similar? I'm well aware I still have to pay for co payments and such
