Desperately need immediate healthcare to treat migraines I’m experiencing almost daily

Past work situation:

I quit my job in education/childcare this past fall due to burnout. Because of staffing shortages, I was forced to work 7:00a.m. – 6:00p.m. covering multiple jobs on a daily basis without extra pay. I did this for years and started struggling with chronic migraine. I’ve spent the last 6 months trying to get healthier and thought I could reverse my chronic migraine if I spent time trying to recover and focus on my health. Unfortunately, I am struggling with daily migraines again.

Applying for jobs situation:

I’m looking at part-time roles, so I can continue trying to manage my migraines and get to a better state of physical health. Many of the jobs I am applying for do not have healthcare coverage.

Why I need immediate healthcare:

I really need health insurance ASAP so that I can manage my daily migraines. My migraines are severely impacting my job search and I don’t know how I’ll get through an interview with one.

Steps I have taken to try and secure healthcare:

I tried applying for Medicaid, but was denied because of my husband’s salary.

I then tried applying for healthcare through the Marketplace, but was denied because I only had a limited amount of time after resigning from my job to apply for healthcare. I did not realize I only had a window of time when I resigned, plus I also was not in a place to afford healthcare at that time. I now desperately need healthcare, but am gridlocked out of applying until enrollment opens up again in November.

Feeling desperate and unable to function due to almost daily migraines:

I cannot make it through having daily migraines until November. I can't afford to pay for specialty doctor visits out of pocket, nor can I afford to pay for my migraine medication as it costs $1,000 for an 8 pack of pills. I tried signing up for programs that reduce the cost, but was denied for those as well because of my husband’s income.

Husband makes $67,000 a year, but is currently paying for all the household expenses since I’m not working, so we don’t have a ton of disposable income. My age: 31 Zip code: 48198

What do I do?
