I had an appointment for PT set and the day before I received a phone call from the PT office saying I was told to call you because you were in an accident and we need to cancel your appointment. I said that was over 3 years ago. The script for PT was faxed by Cleveland Clinic. Whose decision was this? Long story short I called the back of my card and the person from my insurance stayed on the phone. I called and said I will need the denial in writing. Gave us another number. I said the same thing. If I am being denied I will need this in writing because rest assured I will litigate under “Bad Faith”. I also said if I can’t get in writing I’ll see you at my appointment.
I received a call back saying oh we can see you. I have had it with this insurance. (Denied being seen, misdiagnosis etc) all because of being in a car accident? Anyone. (Yeah – my insurance was used up in 2 months on my auto insurance).
