Denied pregnancy medicaid for having insurance already?

I'm in arkansas and I applied for snap and medicaid in January when my pregnancy was approved. I turned in everything for medicaid but was unable to provide proof of my job shutting down as it doesn't exist. They just shut the doors and disappeared the day they told us they were closing. I have been out of work since January and have been unable to go back because of various reasons not least of which is there is not much work in the area thats willing to hire someone pregnant. Medicaid for some ungodly reason decided to deny my snap benefits (for the 3rd time) and while they were at it they closed my medicaid pregnancy coverage 3/31/24. Apparently because I applied for them together they closed both of them when I didn't provide snap their proof. I immediately reapplied to medicaid alone on 4/2/24 and recieved a letter today saying they denied me coverage because I'm already receiving health care coverage! I'm not! I dont know what to do. I'm on a prescription anti Nausea medication that without I'm unable to get out of bed or even drink water let alone eat that I only have 10 days of left and costs over $40 without insurance. I dont have that. I'm living off wic currently and food banks.
