Delta dental failing to send me check
Getting my first job and learning to deal with insurance, i know now to double check that the provider is in network and the cost.
Delta dental has 2 checks (probably more) that i was supposed to receive ranging from 2022 till this year. They keep reissuing these check, correct name and address and the mail keeps getting returned. I checked with my post office, i am receiving mail, and they said there should Be no problems. Delta Dental says they dont do certified mail with tracking numbers. I am having a hard time escalating this situation to a supervisor. One check they have tried to send me FIVE TIMES.
They wont answer practical questions. Im upset because now im afraid that some how one of these checks will be cashed by a fraud, that ill never receive it. I have dental debt and it gives me anxiety because i dont want it to affect my credit score. They keep trying to make me feel crazy but ive done what i am supposed to do. I gave them correct information for mailing, i contuined to follow up, i even went to the post office, i also have mail notifications that scan and tell me whay is going to be mailed that day, nothing ever from delta dental. Nothing has hit my mail box. I believe the problem is Delta Dental because my mail is fine. I need advice or people that can relate IN NOT RECEIVING THEIR MONEY
