Currently have 3 insurance plans, unsure if I can drop 2

Hi, all. This is my first reddit post so please forgive any mistakes.

So a series of unfortunate events happened to me that resulted in me having three different insurance plans at the moment, and I’d like to drop two of them but want to make sure doing so won’t screw me over.

This is a little bit of a long story so please bear with me:

-I work freelance and had a Cigna HMO plan through my employer.

-The project I was working on ended in June with the expectation that I’d be rehired on a new project in mid-late August.

-In the interim, I signed up for private insurance through Covered California and got a Kaiser Permanente plan, but unfortunately forgot to do so until July so it wouldn’t start until August 1st.

-In July, I traveled out of state to visit my parents. Then, just a few days before the Kaiser insurance was due to start, I had a medical emergency that required major surgery.

-Thankfully, Kaiser seemed willing to help pay for some of it. I also later found out I could get my old Cigna insurance through Cobra as if it never stopped, so I did that too.

-Then a few weeks ago I was rehired at my job, which allowed me to pick a new insurance plan. Since I’m still out of state (staying with my parents while I recover and go to follow up appointments and such) I decided to switch to a Cigna PPO plan instead of the HMO one I had.

So now I think I have the Kaiser Permanente plan, the Cigna HMO plan through Cobra, and the Cigna PPO plan through my employer. Unless the PPO plan automatically gets rid of the HMO plan?

I’d like to have just the Cigna PPO plan, but I want to make sure it’s safe to drop the others before doing so, since they still seem to be working out claims and billing and such.

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
