CoveredCA said my doctors would be in network on HMO Anthem, but aren’t.

Signed up for Anthem Silver 70 HMO on the CoveredCA after putting in a few doctors that we would like to go in through the CoveredCA website. Since I got the insurance I have been unable to find the doctors as "in-network" through the Anthem website and Sydney App. Is this a typical problem? I'm very upset that the CoveredCA website listed this insurance plan as one that would be taken by my doctors and it turns out it isn't.

Tried to setup an appointment with the PCP group that was automatically assigned to me by anthem, turns out there isn't any available for over a month. Contacted anthem who contacted the PCP group, they got run around just like I did and anthem now tells me just to change the PCP and sends me a list of doctors who I can change it to. Surprise surprise almost all of them are from the group that I was automatically assigned, and only a couple aren't.

Now that I am insured it doesn't sound like there is any way for me to change plans or change insurance company.
