Covered California enrollment

Hello, I signed up for Kaiser through covered California and was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for the plan to go from "pending" to approved. I had lots of trouble in the past where covered California was stating my daughter had medi-cal (which she never did), so she kept getting rejected from covered California. I would go to medi-cal and she would get rejected to. After going back and forth 20 times at least, I just decided to bite the bullet and purchase a plan through Kaiser which was way more expensive. I got a call stating there was an error in their system and my daughter does qualify for covered California because surprise surprise she doesn't have medi-cal (what I had been telling them for months). Anyway, I finally signed up for a Kaiser plan through covered California, but I'm worried she will get rejected again. I cancelled our current plan through Kaiser so that this new plan can go through, but im just wondering how long it'll take (for my piece of mind). Thanks everyone for reading my long story.
