Im really not smart with these kinds of things, but I have recently received 2 raises this year. My wife and kids have been on a missouri UHC plan for free allowing her pregnancy visits and my 2 kids appointments. I was making 64k/year then got the raise to $72k/year. We received a notice that due to my income we would have to pay a premium.

First does this premium have to be payed monthly? It says $30 and due august so im not sure if it’s $30 each member or just a total. We have called soooo many times and have sat on hold for up towards and hour.

Second. I have just received another raise and am now making $77k/year. I have tried to read up on the income limits and it seems like I’ve always been over the limit.

Lastly I just got offered a management health insurance plan. Its anthem base PPO HSA for $55/week for me or $377/week for my family. The covered seems decent looks like 9k OOP max for the whole family or 4.5k for just me.

If anyone could give me any form of advice. I myself am a healthy 27yo. But I just want to have coverage for my family. We just cannot get ahold of MO DSS or anyone to talk about our benefits. I have a limited time to decide on what I want to to about my newly offered health insurance plan.
