Could participating in my health insurance’s "health screening" come back to bite me?

I have Oscar Health Insurance and every year they offer a health screening with an NP and they give you a $25 Amazon gift card for participating. I'm always wary that sharing information about my health conditions could somehow come back to bite me. Am I being paranoid? It's probably so they can offer guidance that will prevent health issues later that they will have to pay for, but I'm worried it could somehow affect future coverage. Here is the message they sent me on my member portal:

"I was calling to let you know that Oscar's offering free health screenings with a board-certified doctor or nurse practitioner. It just takes about 15 minutes of your time and can be done over the phone and you’ll get a $25 Amazon gift card for completing the visit. It’s a great way to have some dedicated one-on-one time with a provider who can help answer any questions that you have about your health."
