Coordination of Benefits, Delaware

Hello. I'm here because I feel sick to my stomach and scared of the consequences. My wife works for company A who was her initial insurance provider until I got a job with the state of Delaware, at which point I moved her under the insurance plan offered by them and she ended her insurancr coverage. After hearing her complain of the costs of her plan, I thought it would be the smart move to save us money and both be under the states plan, and when submitting my initial coordination of benefits indicated that her employer covers less than 50% of the coverage cost, making her eligible for coverage under my plan. I am now learning that is incorrect. Her employer covers roughly 75% of the insurance premium. I'm only learning of this as we had to submit an employment verification form with her employer confirming the amounts for my coordination of benefits this year. I

My question is…how fucked am I. We just had a baby in May, while she was under my coverage. Will the claims that were initially no longer covered by my insurance be retroactively denied and we'll be left with the bill? Am I looking at any legal ramifications?

I've been up all night worrying about this and cannot get a hold of anyone both at my employer and with the state benefits office. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
