Considering leaving a job that offers health insurance for one that does not. Should I apply for marketplace coverage before I know whether I have the job?

I live in Wyoming. I have health insurance through my current employer. I am considering leaving for a different company that does not offer health insurance, but I am being asked to outline what I'd need incentive-wise to come work for them. "Make an offer," essentially.

So I need an idea of what my monthly premium would be from a marketplace policy. My current premium is $37/pay period (26 per year), deductible in-network/out-of-network is $3,000/$5,000, and max out-of-pocket in-network/out-of-network is $5,600/$10,000. I make $27/hr.

But, healthcare.gov will only show premiums if I complete an application with an estimated new annual income. I'm hesitant to preemptively send in a completed application, because I just want a quote in order to cover the marketplace premium in my desired compensation package.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't complete the healthcare.gov application, when I don't 100% know if I will get/take the new job? I obviously wouldn't enroll if I stay with my current employer.
