confused on what plan will cost me less

so there’s two plans I’m considering.. the main factor in my decision is i know I’m going to have meniscus surgery on my right knee and ACL + meniscus surgery on my left knee this year, so two procedures. here’s the breadown, and its through covered CA as an individual plan

plan 1

167$ premium

4700$ deductible

7250$ out of pocket max

20% outpatient surgical procedures

plan 2

292$ premium

0$ deductible

8550$ out of pocket max

20% outpatient surgical procedures

it’s starting in march, so premium would be about 1250$ more for the second plan. 1300$ higher out of pocket, which i gotta think im gonna hit when you consider two mri’s, all the dr’s visits and two procedures plus rehab and follow up appointments. and that’s not counting anything else that may come up. I was going to go with plan 2 for the 0 deductible, but i figure plan 1 has the the lower out of pocket max, 1300$ less in premiums and im almost certain im going to hit the max. still confused on whats the best option, or if there are factors i haven’t considered, or if i’m processing any of this incorrectly. any insight? thx
