Confused, between insurances, could use help determining next step

The short story is: left a job, got a new one, have to pick an insurance plan through a service called Bavvy, still have complications with sleep apnea, not sure which insurance direction to take. I’ve had two septoplasties with turbinate reductions and I still experience a completely blocked nostril, and I’m waking up 5-8 times a night that I’m at least conscious of. My ENT said the surgery was a success and that my airways are clear, so something is happening to inflame my nose/sinuses. So I’m thinking it could be asthma related (I haven’t been diagnosed with asthma) or allergy related. I had a skin prick allergy test completed at my last ENT office and I do have a host of allergies, but I do take an allergy med + flonase. My problem and question is this: This is expensive. The Bavvy plans range from $120 to $350 per month with a $9.5k deductible and $1.5k deductible respectively. Do I go in on the $350/month plan, try & hope to see a flurry of specialists and get resovled before the new year and switch to a low premium plan? Or, if the ENT route is truly “successful” and my issues caused by asthma/allergy/xxx, maybe I can take the low premium plan and have this all resolved at my PCP? No doubt I’m spending thousands of dollars either way between the deductible and premiums (asthma test, maybe sleep test, more allergy testing). I guess, does anyone relate to my experience and could also give insight into how much these items cost? For reference, my ENT doctor visits before my deductible was reached were $850. Crazy.
