My 22 yo daughter has been at the same job since she was 16. She went to college out of state and took leaves of absence while at school. She's just graduated and come back home and will start back to work full-time (32 hours) next week. Eligibility for insurance at the job is for 60+ hours per month with three-month wait to be enrolled. She has never been on the employer's plan, though she was probably eligible during the time that her school was shut down in 2020-21. She does not recall ever being offered insurance, though.

When she got the job, she was on my marketplace plan (I now have an employer plan). When she turned 19 the state called her and switched her to Medicaid. Medicaid has now sent her a letter for an eligibility review. We are in Washington, and her income will probably be around $20K this year. She is living with me for free. If she gets kicked off Medicaid, will she just be without insurance until the three-month wait is up?
