Concerned my mother is getting scammed; Sicuro Members Benefits Plus or Focus Discount Solutions

My mom (Baby Boomer not great with tech) is trying to get some kind of ObamaCare/affordable healthcare addition to her Medicare. I don’t know where she started the process, but all the emails look sketchy and the names keep changing.

The first, as far as I can tell, came from “ENROLLMENT@sicuro-health.com via pmta.enrollment123.com” and it’s an extremely barebones email saying Welcome to the Membership Benefits Plus Family! Mom was expecting some kind of “card” or something but hasn’t received it.

We called the phone number listed and got someone who said the “card” is virtual not physical, and sent her more emails, this time from “admin@membershipbenefitsplus.com via pmta.enrollment123.com” and the brand in the email body is Focus Discount Solutions. This email is less barebones. It has some graphics, but the footer is nonexistent except for some broken, exposed CSS.

I did some googling, searched this sub, and nothing particularly clear is coming up, at least for these company names. I’m getting serious red flag vibes (both email addresses have the “Google can’t verify the sender” icon) but I don’t have any expertise to do anything more complicated. I see that “insurance discount cards” are common scams. Is that what this is? What else can I do? Help!
