College Student looking for recommendations for a marketplace plan in PA

Hello everyone! So quick summary, I’m a senior in college and I’m not on my parents plan because they have medicare. Our income is low and I do qualify for pell grant. I live in another state than my parents do too.

I’ve been on a plan that has me paying $100/mo (around $390 in APTC), but I have a $0 deductible and only pay copays ranging from $25-2000 (ER is $200). Now, overall I’m healthy. The only time I really see a doctor is if I’m sick with say the flu and even then it’s over telehealth. Another reason I don’t see doctors (not that I really need too aka acne) is well, quite simply I don’t want to pay. I’m pretty frugal when it comes to extra expenses.
With this said, would it make sense for me to switch to a bronze or silver plan? God forbid something happens and say I’m hospitalized and my deductible is high and I can’t pay if off – isn’t now relatively easy to get medical debt written off? Having paid $100 each month for the past two years to not really use it seems silly, but it does give me a level of comfort.
For reference, I’m on a gold PPO plan- Capital Gold PPO 0/0/25

Please let me know what inputs you have, thank you!
