A friend of mine is stuck in a job that is making him miserable because he needs to maintain health insurance for his wife and two children. Although his job covers part of the insurance, it remains one of their largest monthly expenses. His wife is an acupuncturist with a successful practice in Baltimore. Unfortunately, their combined income disqualifies them from any government assistance, making health insurance unaffordable without help.
