Cigna can rot in hell

So last week was my first round of Botox for my muscle spasms in my neck and before my treatment my doctor confirmed that my insurance is covering it and all I had to do was call them to ask what my copay out of pocket is, and so I did and they said my copay is $10 which was amazing so I called Accredo which supplies the Botox and told them my copay is $10 and they said okay and they sent the Botox to my neurologist and and I got the injections. Then last Monday I got a claim on Signa for it for $1,300 so I was I said that’s fine I know that’s not the bill so yesterday I logged into the Accredo app to see if I got the $10 bill and sure as shit the bill is $1,300. So I got mad and then called Accredo and gave them shit, they said my insurance didn’t cover it because I didn’t meet the $8,000 deductible. I was like the fuck you mean? I told them my insurance is covering it and that my copay is $10 they even said it to me. Then they had the audacity offer me a payment plan I told them to fuck off and kicks rocks I never agreed to pay $1,300 and I’m not going too. I hung up and called Cigna and raised holy hell telling them they lied to me and they lied to my neurologist. There excuse was there not covering none of it because I didn’t meet my deductible. I told them I’m not paying that shit, send it to collections I don’t give a shit. Fuck this scummy ass health care system, the fuck you mean I have to pay $1,300 every 12 weeks.
