Choosing Which Health Insurance Plan to Get Through My Employer

I apologize if this is a stupid question. I am starting a new job and it is the first time I have a choice between different health care plans (in the past I was either on my mandatory school insurance or my husband's insurance in the interim).

All of the plans are the same company, but they have different premiums, deductibles, co-insurance, and employer HSA contribution amounts. I have tried to understand what all of these things mean but I am really struggling and don't know which one to pick. My parents live in a foreign country so they are also uncertain of how to advise me.

Not sure if this is relevant to getting advice but the insurance is through Cigna, and the plans are "Traditional 750," "HDHP 1600," and "HDHP 3200." Let me know if you need more information to give advice.

I think the plan is for my husband to end his insurance and come on mine. We are both generally healthy, in our late 20s, and have no children. We both take some medications, all of which are generic so not too expensive, except for one I take that has no generic yet. We both plan to get established with a PCP and I am also planning on having a gynecologist.

Thank you in advance!
