Child needs specialist out of state

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice regarding finding coverage that will work out of state. My daughter was born with a very rare condition called Holt Oram Syndrome and she is missing a bone in her left hand which makes her thumb non functional. We have seen several doctors here in Georgia and South Carolina, and they all immediately jumped to wanting to do a pollicization surgery which would be amputating the thumb and moving the index finger down for gripping things. Obviously this is not the most ideal situation seeing as her thumb has boney structure and is 100% salvageable. We paid up front for a consultation with a specialist at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and he is willing to do a reconstruction which would save her thumb and make it functional. He is one of about 3 doctors who do this procedure but he is the number 1 recommended. They want to do her first surgery at the end of January 2024 and the second portion would be about 6 months later. The Cleveland Clinic does not accept Marketplace plans unfortunately, but I am willing to pay whatever we need to for private insurance for her. The problem I’m running into is that everything we could get doesn’t reach that far. For example Anthem BCBS is accepted at the Cleveland Clinic but it looks like it wouldn’t work for us?

Is there anything I can do?
