Charges to my deductible that i was assured wouldn’t be my responsibility?

I (f24) recently went into a walk in psychiatric clinic at the advise of my neurologist (who sees me twice a year to basically push adderall on me). He led me to believe this would be free of charge although i cant remember if he said so specifically. When i went my information was taken and i was actually charged on the spot $50 for the visit and $30 for a service fee. I just saw the claim on my cigna account and i am being made responsible for almost $600 for the visit to the walk in clinic. The duration of my visit consisted of me talking for about 30 mins and a woman giving me a lists of therapy centers i could try calling. I looked further in my claims and saw that my past few follow ups to that neurologist were also not covered billing me $50 each, when i was told by both the cigna website and the doctors office that i would only be billed that copay amount at my first visit after switching insurances.

What do i do? I feel like ive been misled at every turn and have been slow on the uptake.
