I have an exceptional plan plan through my dad and his work – really low deductible and out of pocket, honestly I don’t think I’ll ever see anything close to his plan on the market, BCBS.

They’re really awesome however they unfortunately do not cover 90 day prescriptions unless you order them through the carelon rx service. I’ve heard some horrific things about them and was wondering if some people could share their experience.

I’m on a few very common meds they shouldn’t have an issue with and since I’m going to college in the fall, I’d like 90 day supplies and the potential to have them mailed to my dorm / mailroom.

My other question is for my fellow ADHDrs, how are they with vyvanse & adderall, I’m on 40mg prefer brand vyvanse anyway and I take a 10mg adderall IR booster. Can you fill a 90 day supply of a controlled substance and how are they on it? I have stuck with the same pharmacy for my vyvanse because they always have it and I don’t want to switch it to carelon and not be able to fill it.

I can always have my parents pick up my vyvanse or come back to town to get it but I’ll be a bit away and if I could just get everything through carelon that’d be nice. If not, i’d just get some of my meds through them and wondering how they are.
