Can’t afford marketplace but also don’t qualify to get our business onto a plan?

So I kind of have a weird situation.

I along with my business partner (we also live in the same house) own a small business that only has employees for about 3 months of the year. During this time we make enough money so we technically don't have to work the rest of the year. This however puts us in a weird spot. We can't get health insurance through another employer because we generally don't work all year around and most employers don't want to hire us if we are going to be leaving once the summer comes up. As far as I know we can't get our business onto health insurance plans because we don't have full time non seasonal employees. They are only full time during the 3 months they work. While we earn a decent amount of money it isn't really enough to pay for a decent plan off the marketplace. Is there an option for us? The business is located in Oregon if that makes a difference.
