Can’t afford health insurnace, don’t qualify for Medicaid. How do I shop around?

Hi! I just turned 26 a few months ago in FL and my current plan with healthcare. gov is $350ish and I can barely afford it every month, as I make minimum wage. Even before getting a job when I was umemployed, this was the cheapest plan they'd let me have. How do you shop around? I genuinely have no idea what I'm doing and was put on this plan bc my parents kept telling me I should have SOMETHING in place case of an emergency and they kept seeing this on tv. My employer doesn't offer it so thats not an option. I haven't been to a doctor in over a decade, I mostly need it for dental which I do try to go to every 6 months. What are my options? I can't afford to even move out or go to college at this rate with how much its eating at my already low bank account. Do I just bite the bullet and let it expire so I can start saving a little more? I can't find a second job, it was hard to even find this one bc the town I'm in with my parents has a horrible economy and is way too overpopulated.
