Can you cancel the cancellation of an insurance plan?

I have a relative that lives in Philly and gets Medicaid. They got a notice earlier this month telling them their hospital(Temple) won't be accepting keystone First anymore due to not being able to reach an agreement, however Keystone coverage will last until the end of the month. They were urged to switch to a new insurance company to be safe since the deal would likely not be reached. They now got a notice saying the hospital managed to work a deal out with Keystone and now coverage won't be affected in the future. My relative is now really upset because they wanted to stay on Keystone First and only switched to a new insurance company due to the fact everything pointed to no agreement being reached between her insurance company and the hospital. Can she get this undone and just stay with Keystone First and not have to stay with the new company she enrolled with? That other company doesnt start coverage until next month.
