Can talking with a case manager get me in trouble?

Anthem keeps calling me about case management services. I'm not sure exactly what triggered this. I previously had a t2 diabetes diagnosis, but my doctor removed it from my record last year (because I only had one elevated a1c many years ago while was hospitalized for sepsis.) I think Anthem still has that diagnosis on my record with them. I also have psoriasis and high cholesterol. I see the derm annually to renew my biologic rx and I pay oop for cholesterol meds.

The issue I worry about is that I also see a therapist 6 times a month. My diagnosis there is dysthymia, but I don't actually have it. I am happier than I've ever been in my life but am still working at becoming my "best self." My therapist chose that diagnosis because he felt the insurance company would approve the appointment frequency if the condition was serious and chronic. I worry about the insurance company wanting me to take meds for depression or something. Or that there could be a problem because I get a depression screening at my annual pcp visits and don't have or report any symptoms of depression.

What do these case management nurses ask about? Is there a risk of my therapist getting in trouble or them trying to get me to see him less? I have previously told them I'm not interested in this service and asked them not to call, but they persist.
