Can my parents see my prescription history?

Long story short: I am a 20 M and recently had a visit with one of the online mental health services offered and received a prescription for medication. I paid out of pocket for the visit and thought I would pay out of pocket for medication too. I chose to use the online service because I am on my parents insurance plan (United) and they don't believe that I need to seek treatment for my mental health and believe I just need to "chill out". For this reason I decided to not tell them I was using an online service to receive treatment.

I had the prescription sent to a pharmacy that my family does not normally use as I wanted this prescription to not be associated with our normally pharmacy. When I went to pick it up, the cashier said that I did not have a copay. I was under the impression that this pharmacy did not have my insurance information and therefore I would be required to pay out of pocket (which I was ok with as it would then not be associated with our insurance). Now I am worried that my parents will receive notification that I filled a prescription using our insurance.

Does anyone know if insurance companies send receipts in the mail or via email when prescriptions are filled? Or if they can see on the website when you used insurance to fill a prescription?

I understand this is kind of a strange question and I may be out of luck. I just want to be ready if they ask me about it.
