Can I apply for Covered California as an individual if I live at home with my parents?

I (25 M) am going to turn 26 on December 25th. I have been on my parent’s health insurance which has been fully included with their work. My mom has a job that fully covers all health expenses; she doesn’t have to pay anything per month for coverage except for co-pays and meeting the provider deductible. It’s truly fantastic. And I pay for anything I use of course.

Now that I’m about to turn 26, I am shopping around for health insurance. I have a plan offered through my job that I work full-time, but it would be much cheaper to go on Covered California and I can stay with my current provider which I would lose if I go on my work’s insurance.

Covered California’s costs are based on the household income. My question is do I have to factor my siblings and parents into that household income or can I factor just myself? Just for clarification, I pay for all my bills (car, utilities, groceries, etc) and I pay my parents rent (but definitely at lower market value to save for a home). I file my taxes independently as well. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
