Bright Healthcare – Misrepresentation of services offered

So, I got Bright healthcare at the start of the year, I think early-mid Feb. I started seeing doctors and stuff, obviously.

Then I started getting ridiculous bills from them, and when I called them, they told me my GP took my insurance but wasn’t in my network. I’m pretty sure I got her from their directory, so wtf?

THEN I got a letter from them saying:

We’re so glad you chose Bright Healthcare for your 2022 healthcare needs! We are contacting you because some of our plan information wasn’t as clear as it could have been when you enrolled in your Marketplace health plan.

The plan name show below was misstated and should have read as follows:

Information originally stated on Healthcare.gov

Bronze 7200 + Adult Dental & Vistion ($0 Telehealth + $0 Primary Care + $0 Mental Health + $0 Prescription List

Updated Information

Bronze 7200 + Adult Dental and Vision

Like what the hell?? This has to be misrepresentation on their part, right?? My lawyer friend suggested going over the TOS to see if this is on them in anyway, and I will, but has anyone else had this experience with them?
