break it down in simple newbie terms for me please, florida blue member for medical, but i am moving to another state around august. what are my steps?

im currently living with my parents and my fiancé in Florida, but we are starting to get ready to move to georgia together. i pay for my own insurance and i am the only one on the plan, same with my cigna dental. the plan is rated based on my mothers income as she is the household owner and i live with her, and rely on more than 50% of her support for living expenses because we cannot find any work here since I have graduated college over a year ago which is extremely stressful, hence why we have decided to move in with other family in our original hometown in georgia. i have a heart condition and take multiple important medications. im 23 and this is a big step for me moving forward in my life and disconnecting my responsibilities and finances, etc from my parent/s. i don’t even know where to start on how i can move and not lose any coverage. will i have to go all the way until january with no medication or protection to get new health insurance in Georgia or is there some kind of program in place for this so i have a safety plan in case i go to the hospital, have an episode, and not run of out of medication? i don’t know if i will find work by the time i get there. sorry this is long, it is an overwhelming journey for me.
