Billed $619 for hospital services at an outpatient laboratory clinic. WTF?!

I have good insurance Blue cross blue shield of texas ppo. I went to a outpatient specialty clinic to see my endocrinologist for my thyroid. The doctor said there is a laboratory outpatient clinic I can get my blood test done there on the first floor after my doc appointment I went there and got my routine blood work done. I got a bill having to pay physician and hospital services fee. The physician fee was 5$ so that's to be expected I usually pay up to 50$ for labs but there must be a billing error to get a 619$ for hospital services fee when I wasn't even at the hospital nor admitted to the hospital or ER. It may be affiliated with the hospital but I didn't use any hospital services I was at a outpatient specialty clinic. I tried disputing this that maybe the medical coding was incorrect or location coding but they said it's a valid legal claim. I disputed with my insurance too. Is there anything I can do to fight this. This is complete fraud as I wasn't admitted to the hospital nor the ER so how can I incur hospital bills when I just went to an outpatient lab clinic. HELP I currently got laid off and unemployed.
