Best private insurance to get???

Maryland, 19 yrs old male. I currently make 50-60k per year from my full time job before tax. I still live with my parents at the moment but no longer qualify to be under their insurance. Or at least I have to wait for like open enrollment for them or something. I don't really know all the details but basically looks like it might be best to get my own. So exploring my options rn.

And I submitted an application on my state ACA insurance portal for good measure, citing loss of coverage as a qualifying life event. It told me based on my income I do not qualify for tax credits on the marketplace.

My job does not offer health insurance itself as a benefit (small company) but it will match 5% of my paycheck and put it towards paying whatever health insurance I choose (and I will pay out of pocket for whatever remains). That comes to about $200/month free health insurance.

No ongoing health issues, regular doctor visits, medications, or whatever. Perfectly healthy weight. No usage of substances.

I would like health insurance primarily for in case of accidents. Who knows. Unsure if I need dental. I would not mind doing yearly regular checkups, haven't done any for the past couple years though and I've been fine.

So I could settle for something that just covers catastrophic events but I may as well take advantage of the $200 free I get from my job. That's my thinking. To take advantage of insurances with higher premiums.

Posting here for help. Any suggestions? Wish it was as simple as getting car insurance.
