Best plan for a family of three and pregnancy

My wife's employer offers Excellus BluePPO Signature Deduct 3 or Excellus BluePPO Signature Copay 1 plans for health insurance and we're having trouble picking one. My wife and I are both 31 and we have a 2-year-old. We're all pretty healthy aside from the occasional checkup for our toddler. Normally, we would take the high-deductible plan. However, my wife is pregnant and due in May so we're trying to choose the best plan keeping that in mind. My biggest concern is that the copay plan has a very high maximum out-of-pocket. So while it's the more expensive and "better" plan, I'm worried we could get stuck with a very large hospital bill. I don't understand how things are covered with a copay plan or how likely we'd be to reach that out-of-pocket maximum.

Here are some of the details.

Deduct 3: $373.58 per monthDeductible – single $1,600 / Family $3,200Coinsurance – 10%Annual out of Pocket maximum – single $3,000/ family $6,000

Copay 1: $430.70 per monthno deductibleAnnual Out of Pocket maximum – single $4,200 / two person $8,400/ Family $12,600Maternity care for outpatient and Office as well as Anesthesia are fully covered.Maternity care for inpatient services has $150 copayment.

edit: zip code – 13090 and income ~$90,000 between the two of us.
