Best medicaid plan for somebody who wants to see a lot of specialists AND receive quality of care?

I have BCBSIL Community Health plan, and their provider list is always out of date, getting a referral is always a mess because of it, and I would like to have a vast variety of options for choosing specialists. I’d love to see a podiatrist, a ureogynecologist, a physical therapist, a psychologist (not psychiatrist) (the psychologist in particular has to be really good because I am working with multiple conditions here and am already extremely knowledgeable myself), dermatologist (I do UV treatments for psoraisis 3x/wk), an endocrinologist, a GI doctor, I need a WAY better eye doctor and dentist than I have now, an internal medicine doctor or doctor of integrated medicine, a chiropractor, a pain management doctor, a somnologist , and perhaps a dietician. I also recognize it would be hard to get this covered, but I would LOVE an acupuncturist as well if that is at all possible. I also recognize chiropractors aren’t as respected as PTs, which I also want, but I am hoping to find at least one plan that will do it. I am beginning my process of comparing medicaid plans and I see this thing called HealthChoice Illinois now, apparently it launched in 2018 so if anybody is knowledgeable about it, let me know how worth it it actually is and what the differences and qualifications are and anything I should know. I know I’m asking for a lot here, but it’s literally health care, I wouldn’t want other people to get shit coverage either.
