Best health insurance for my situation

Hi y’all, I’m coming off my dad’s health insurance in 2023 and I’m looking to pick a plan for myself, but am frankly quite confused. To give a brief recap of myself: 26 yo male in good health, masters students who makes about 32k a year pre-tax, only chronic condition is acid reflux/potential gerd which I have an endoscopy for scheduled in January and I take two prescription meds for it.

Normally, I’d go low premiums because I don’t go to the doctor other than check-ups, but this acid reflux situation has developed in the past 2-3 years during the pandemic and I finally got around to finding a new PCP in June. Given the fact that I have an endoscopy planned and I’m not sure if this will require further specialist visits/care afterwards, I’m unsure of how to proceed.

I have a tax credit available which significantly lowers my monthly premium and I’m eligible for CSR, so I know that silver plans are likely my best bet. However, I’m stuck between two plans which have the same OOP max (6800 for 1, 7100 for 2). The deductible is 4000 for 1 and 5500 for 2. The main difference is that ER care is 40% coinsurance after the 4k deductible (1) vs $750 co-pay for the 5.5k deductible. This seems to be a fairly major difference of sorts, but I just can’t make any sense of it, so I’m looking for some advice here. Both plans include my current PCP and my current medications.
