BCBSIL not paying my therapist!!! Help!!!

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois, and I’ve been seeing a therapist THROUGH them for over a year now.

For context this therapist has changed my life, Has been working with me through my traumas and issues and i would not be the person I am today without her and so i hope you all understand I do NOT want to leave her at all.

In may 2023 she moved office, and since then BCBSIL has not been paying her or accepting any claims at all because of name and address change, and so she was only getting paid the small amount that i had been paying through my deductible. However, now my deductible and out of pocket is fully paid and so I no longer owe her money through my insurance.

But recently my therapist has really been struggling and came to me saying she is essentially getting no pay, and she is thinking about dropping my insurance.

I’m wondering if theres anything i can do on my end to get my insurance to get their shit together?

TLDR: Is there any way I as a patient/Client can get my insurance to pay my therapist so I dont lose her?
