BCBS Bronze Plus vs Silver Plus Insurance Plan

There’s about a $715 difference between premiums of two plans I’m looking at. Bronze has a premium of 97.5/month (1170 yearly) and Silver has a premium of 157.08/montn or 1884.96 yearly with my new company. Both are HSA eligible. I’m 26 and consider myself healthy and rarely go to the doctor each year unless the odd chance I’m sick outside of preventative care. I do however do therapy once or twice a month. Right now without insurance, my therapy sessions are $80/session. I’ve also thought about trying seeing a urologist next year regarding something I’ve noticed with my health. Still not sure if I’ll actually do it or not because it’s not a huge problem. Regarding my therapist visits and potential specialist visit, which plan seems to be the best for me? I’m assuming the copay listed below for a specialist visit and a mental health outpatient visit would both be $65 each time or is that after the deductible is met?
