Bad experience in Travel insurance

Since some of you here are looking for travel insurance, I just wanted to warn you about IMG Patriot America Plus. Please avoid purchasing from this provider!

I am currently experiencing the absolute worst service on a claim ever. bought this travel insurance for my parents who were visiting us in the USA. 4 days into the trip my mom had abdominal pain, so I took her to an urgent care clinic where she had lab tests done. I submitted the claim to IMG for reimbursement, but they keep denying it, claiming it was preventive care. She went to see doctor for illness, for wellness check up, and urgent care clinic visits which are included in the benefit. I resubmitted the bills, procedure code billed and doctor's notes on the visit, but they keep asking for more medical records. My experience has been absolutely horrible. Please be aware about using this travel insurance!

Another issue is their slow response in reviewing cases, and they constantly give poor excuses.

I'd be curious to hear if others have had the same experience??
