Awaiting medical bill from emergency visit

So I went to the ER a few times and second day pain was worse so I was admitted and had to get a surgery and stay for total 3 nights. Expensive and they ran blood tests every day, lots of medicine, not to mention the surgery and anesthesia.

I couldn’t choose in network providers, but I looked up the surgeon and internist and thankfully both are in network. The ER doctor who barely saw me and wrote 2 notes in my chart is not. I also cannot find the anesthesiologist. Was wondering if every person I ever came in contact with is included in this bill I’m anxiously awaiting? Like nurses, Physician assistant, lab work, pathology, housekeeping, nutrition, etc.

I had a 4k deductible and 7500 OOP max. I’m $1500 away from OOP max.. I spent a lot this year on tests and seeing a specialist, only to end up in the ER and needing emergency surgery. After the $1500, I’m guessing I will still have to pay for every out of network doctor and provider like the ER doctor and possibly anesthesiologist?
