Are you frustrated with CarelonRx/Anthem/Elevance’s pharmacy? Please msg me! Let’s figure this out.

(Note: I got permission to post this. Thanks, mods!)

I'm Brittany Trang, a reporter at STAT News, a national health and medicine publication from the Boston Globe. I'm trying to figure out exactly what went wrong with CarelonRx's prescription system since January 1 and would love your help in figuring it out.

Since the company has not publicly admitted to anything being wrong, it's been hard to report on it, even though it's clear a lot of people have been affected, judging from the posts on this sub and elsewhere.

We've written one story (linked below) about executives seemingly being fired after this incident, but want to find out more about exactly what happened, how bad it is, and how the company has reacted.

Have you or someone you know been harmed by not getting your medication or getting the wrong medication? Has the company reached out to you to apologize (poorly) at any point? Has your plan administrator talked to Carelon about what's happening? Do you work for Elevance/Carelon/Anthem?

Please reach out to me via DM or email me at brittany.trang[at]statnews.com; I would love to talk to you! I am happy to keep your identity confidential if you need. Many thanks to those who have already talked to me.

If you hit the paywall, happy to email you a copy of the article (or send you a discount code) if you DM me your email. https://www.statnews.com/2024/06/03/elevance-health-pbm-carelonrx-prescription-errors-paul-marchetti/
