Are these monthly premium hikes par for the course or a mistake?

I've just noticed how insane the increases of my monthly premium costs have been over the years, and it has me scratching my head. From 2014 to 2024, my premium costs have gone up 206%. By comparative example, inflation from 2014 to 2024 is only ("only") about 33%. From the time that I first acquired this plan in 2011, my costs have gone up 304% from the price I originally agreed to when I began paying it. Meanwhile, my income? Not so much. And in all this time, I've only used it twice – two urgent care center visits in or around 2013 for banal concerns, where the most that was done for me was a bag of IV fluids and an attempt at an ultrasound.

Is this what everyone has experienced within this time frame, or am I a victim of some illegal criminal activity (…not to be confused with the normal, legalized criminal activity that these companies are already known for)? From what I could piece together, here's the breakdown by year.

2024: $459.43 (+15.67%)
2023: $396.17 (+9.86%)
2022: $360.63 (+14.19)
2021: $315.79 (+19.41%)
2020: $264.46 (+14.66%)
2019: $230.64 (+26.3%)
2018: $182.61 (+2.19%)
2017: $178.70 (+2.61%)
2016: $174.15 (+7.69%)
2015: $161.72 (+7.76%)
2014: $150.07
2011: $124.88 (+10.05%)
2010: $113:48

Based on these numbers alone, I'll have spent about $37,000 by the end of 2024… for peace of mind? Assuming nothing out of the ordinary has taken place, is my best bet for lowering these monthly payments to raise my deductible?
